So excited that you've expressed interest in attending NJ/EPA TRA's 19th Annual Fall Conference: RECognizing our CapABILITIES. The NJHA Conference Center has graciously agreed to host us again this year. Below, you will find event details with corresponding contact info and links to get you started. CONFERENCE PROGRAM: A draft of the conference program can be viewed at www.njepa-tra.com. Sessions are subject to change. CEUs are pending approval from ATRA and NCTRC. ATRA has been reviewed and approved as an authorized provider by the IACET. The fee for CEUs has been included in the registration fees posted.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: Rates will only be available until October 20th 2017. Rates will increase beginning October 21st 2017. Prefer to pay by check? No problem! Register on-line by October 20th and click the mail check option. Please, make checks out to NJ/EPA TRA and mail to Amy Heeter at 2911 A West Queen Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19129. SCHOLARSHIPS: Can't afford to attend? Apply for a scholarship! One professional and one student scholarship is awarded each year. If you're interested, simply visit www.njepa-tra.com to get an application. All applications must be sent to Kimberly Flannery at kflannery@remed.com by October 20th 2017.
MEMBERSHIP STATUS: Please, contact Tracy Jastrzab at tracyjastrzab@comcast.net to verify your status as a Professional Member of NJ/EPA TRA. If you are not a member, you are welcome to complete a membership application at www.njepa-tra.com in order to receive the Professional Member Rate.
VOLUNTEERS: If you are interested in volunteering, please, register accordingly and then, e-mail Kaitlin Grant at kgrant@remed.com. Volunteers do NOT receive discounted registration rates.
STUDENTS: Students must provide Amy Heeter, registration coordinator (info above) with proof of current enrollment in an educational institution. Proof of enrollment can include a current transcript of classes or a copy of student ID.
SPEAKERS/PRESENTERS: Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise! Solo Speakers/Presenters' registration fees are waived but must still register in the system to indicate if they will be taking advantage of the full conference package or if they will only be attending the day of their scheduled session. Co-Presenters are entitled to attend the day of their scheduled session FREE of charge. If they would like to attend the Full Conference, they must pay the one day registration fee accordingly. Only speakers/presenters who have been contacted by Marlene Rivera can register at these rates.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Amy Heeter, registration coordinator (info above). Cancellations marked before October 27th 2017, will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. After October 27th 2017, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be made after November 3rd 2017. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
